It's 2008, but it sure sounds like '90s all over again with records dropping from the Lemonheads, Matthew Sweet and the Dandy Warhols in the coming months. Portland's psychedelic rock quartet are back in full swing with 'Earth to Dandy Warhols,' the bands sixth album. The record will surface on August 19, but you get a taste of the band's updated and untamed eclectic sound on 'The Legend of the Last of the Outlaw Truckers aka The Ballad of Sheriff Shorty.' Download the tune after the jump and check out tour dates.

Norwegian electronic dance duo Datarock -- Fredrik Saroea and Ketil Mosnes -- and their bright red tracktsuits recently stopped by the Interface, asserting first and foremost that the band is a combination of "the best parts of A-ha and the worst parts of Devo."

Amidst a bevy of jokes and jabs, the duo shoveled out performances of 'Fa Fa Fa' and 'Computer Camp Love' (replete with 'Grease' references), among others, off their self-titled album.

Catch all of the performances and the interview -- which finds Saroea and Mosnes discussing just what those tracksuits are made of (hint: it ain't all cotton), what influence 'ET' had on their career and why they make folks faint -- after the jump.

A-Trak Drops a Mix for Nike - Exclusive MP3

Nike tapped Kanye West's DMC winning DJ A-Trak for the latest installment of 'Nike + Original Run.' The 45-minute mix, dubbed 'Running Man,' intertwines dance floor-ready electro with hip-hop -- not straying too far from the whiz-kid's normal party-rockin' set. Grab an exclusive MP3 after the jump from the mix that drops today on iTunes.

Spinner RPM: The Herbaliser

More than a decade-and-a-half ago, Ollie Teeba and Jake Wherry bonded over their obsession for soul and rare groove, which sparked what we now know as the Herbaliser. Their self-described "James Brown meets James Bond" sound is constantly evolving and filling dancefloors of those in the know.

On their latest album, 'Same as it Never Was,' the Herbaliser hit their stride with the addition of young soulstress Jessica Darling tending to vocal duties (not unlike those of Sharon Jones). In a single-driven market the Herbaliser's vision to create an album that felt cohesive, while including a variety of influences and sounds that the band is known for. "When we're making a hip-hop record, we don't feel the need to have everything be at the same tempo, or have rhymes on every track," Teeba tells Spinner.
